Pirin National Park is located in the South-Western part of Bulgaria covering a territory of 40’356 ha of Pirin Mountain.

The Srebarna Biosphere Reserve located in the northeastern part of Bulgaria, about 18 km west from the town of Silistra, near the village of Srebarna. Srebarna Biosphere Reserve
